Description: |
Parking is available to the front of the building. The apartment is accessed by external stairs or a lift and features a large lounge/dining room with open plan kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and luxury en-suite, double bedroom, family bathroom. There are 2 extra pull up single beds. ideal for young children.
The lounge / dining room has a 3-seater sofa, armchair and coffee table. There is a large colour TV 2 x Satellite systems 1/ BBC,Sky sports, movies etc & also 2/ Astra Satellite (German, French and Spanish channels DVD and stereo (please bring your own DVDs and CDs). The dining table provides seating for 4. There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Sliding doors open to the balcony where you will find a table, and chairs.
The kitchen is fully tiled and equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/ drier, fridge / freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle.
Bedrooms have a large built-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with walk-in shower, wash basin, large mirror and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed. The family bathroom has a double shower, wash basin, large mirror, and toilet.
In the apartment you will also find hairdryers to use, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
Facilities within walking distance:
The nearest supermarket, shops, car hire, restaurants, bars and bank are at La Florida, 5-10 minutes on foot. The Flamenca Beach Centre with still increasing number of bars, cafes, shops and Restaurants including: Chinese, Italian, Indian, Spanish, just to mention a few) is 10 minutes walk away.
The blue flag beaches of Playa Flamenca are 15-20 minutes on foot. There are also a number of other blue flag beaches nearby.
The locally renowned (well worth a visit!!) Saturday market is about a 10-minute walk. A Go-Kart circuit and a Gym/Fitness Centre are also in walking distance.
Golfing There are several golf courses in the neighbourhood; <i>Villamartín, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca are the nearest.
The town of Torrevieja is 7 km to the north. There is a bus service from Playa Flamenca (opposite the Orihuela Costa Town Hall and Tourist Office).
Among the tourist attractions are the craft market on the sea front, the fun-fair, a lovely promenade on the sea front next to the beaches with bars and restaurants, the marina, boat and fishing trips, museums including the submarine S-61 Delfín. In the town centre there are many shops, and an indoor market place. Outside the centre of Torrevieja are the Aquapark, Casino, Ten-Pin Bowling and Cinema.
Other Places of Interest:
Elche is an historic city with the famous palm tree park Huerto del Cura. The Rio Safari Park is nearby, fabulous for kids of all ages.
Orihuela, Murcía, Alicante and Cartagena are also historic cities within easy day-trip range.
Some of the holiday activities we found in the area: Boat hire, sailing, wind-surfing, jet-ski, scuba diving, fishing trips, horse riding and bike rental.
Practical Information:
Driving from Alicante Airport takes about 40 minutes and from Murcía about 30 minutes.
The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels (except for beach & pool towels) are provided. The apartment is fully equipped with lightweight duvets.

A booking deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
