This new top floor apartment has been furnished to a high standard, air conditioned, and overlooking the pool is ideally situated for all your family and golfing holidays, or simply soaking up the sun around the pool or on a local beach. It comfortably sleeps 6 people and is only a 5 minute stroll to the picturesque Villamartin Plaza where you will find a wide range of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and banks.
The beautiful blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are just a 5 minute drive, all with little beach bars to enjoy a cool drink whilst you relax in the sun.
For the golfers out there, try a different course every day! Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor with its superb Clubhouse are only 5 minutes drive. Many more top courses are within 15-45 minutes.
Accommodation
The spacious living/dining area is well furnished. It comprises one three seat sofa-bed and one double sofa. A large dining table with six chairs and matching sideboard and coffee table ensures there is plenty of seating for everyone. There is Digital Satellite TV showing English/Sky Sports/Sky Movies/17 Radio Channels along with a DVD and CD player for your entertainment. The living/dining area has hot/cold air conditioning. Patio Doors which lead on to your private balcony keeps the room light and airy.
Kitchen
Fully equipped modern kitchen, tiled throughout, comprising oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, iron & board, clothes airer, cool bags for the beach.
Master Bedroom
Two matching single beds, bedside cabinet, bedside lamp, fitted wardrobe, full length mirror, ceiling fan, windows overlook the pool, and en-suite bathroom.

OUT AND ABOUT IN THE LOCAL AREA
Also available localy for the adventurous are Sailing, Go-Karts, Quad Bikes and Cycling.
The famous salt lakes of Torreveija with many types of wild fowl are only 15 minutes drive away. There are several different nature walks to suit all levals of fitness and is a perfect place to enjoy the fresh air and a little bit of peace and quite.
There is also the Water Park of Aquopolis in Torreveija which is open June to September. The Theme Park of Terra Mitica situated outside Benedorm is an hours drive, a great place for some family fun.
Take a drive out through the Orange and Lemon Groves and see a bit of "real" Spain. The historical site of Guadalest, set up in the mountains amongst some stunning scenery is well worth a visit. |

GENERAL INFORMATION
Linen and Towels are provided (not beach towels). A wekly linen change (min 9 days stay) is included. The final Clean is included.
Arrival and departure days are flexible.
A deposit of 20% is taken on booking, the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Bookins taken within 8 weeks of arrival are to be paid in full upon booking.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Written confirmation along with directions to your accommodation will be sent to you on receipt of your deposit.
We will meet and greet you to give your the keys and show you around your accommodation, and be on hand during your stay if needed. We will collect keys on your departure.
Airport Transfers, Car Hire, Welcome Packs, Golf Tee Times, Childs Cot/High Chair can all be arrange on request.
Information packs are left for your use in the proeprty.
TWO OTHER APARTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE SITUATED AROUND THE SAME POOL FOR LARGER PARTIES.
