Set on a beautiful, secure, complex of twenty properties with views over the communal pool to the front and vineyards to the rear and just five minutes from the town and blue flag beaches of Moraira.
Walk through the private patio into the large open plan lounge/diner complete with CD and DVD and a fully equipped american style kitchen. Also on this level is a separate shower and toilet.
The first floor consists of a master bedroom with a lovely private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, also a twin bedded room, a single bedroom and the main bathroom. All bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes.
A ten minute walk from the villa there is a small shopping area offering a well stocked supermarket, bakery, newsagents, restaurant and taxi service.
Moraira is an old fishing port which has grown into a picturesque holiday resort, ideal for families, with very little in the way of high rise buildings. This clean and unspoilt seaside town boasts a promenade, marina, beautiful sandy beaches and many international and budget restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Approximately an hours drive from Alicante or Valencia airports it is within easy reach of Denia, Javea and Calpe and the beautiful Jalon Valley is less than a half an hour drive inland.
