Description: |
Guardamar is a small, unspoilt Spanish town on the Costa Blanca coast about 30km south of Alicante. It has one of the best beaches in Spain and regularly wins the blue flag award for its cleanliness, safety and facilities. There is a popular market on a Wednesday and a good selection of bars and restaurants and a very impressive marina. There are golf courses, a safari park, water park and go carting located within a short car drive.
The apartment is located 20 mins walk from 10km of fantastic beach through the Reina Sofia Park (which is teeming with peacocks, squirrels and terrapins). The bars and restaurants are 10 min walk away in the centre of Guardamar.
The apartment is on the 6th floor of Puerto Principe II, a brand new apartment block finished to a high standard. It has one double bedroom with double bed and double wardrobe as well as bedside tables & lamps. The lounge has a very comfortable sofa bed and coffee table as well as TV, DVD and radio it leads out to a private balcony which overlooks the pool with views to the mountains. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, hob, washing machine, toaster, microwave and kettle.
Outside is the communal pool, communal rooftop solarium for all day sunbathing and a secure parking spot.
You can fly to either Alicante (25km - €35 taxi) or Murcia (30km - €45 taxi)
