This property is perfectly situated in a group of about a dozen villas 5 mins from Calpe (3km) on a well-maintained, asphalt road. Set in a large garden (2500 sq m) with breath-taking sea views, the accommodation is in two self-contained apartments, with separate entrances. The upper apartment has 1 double bedroom, one twin/double and one single, two bathrooms and, of course, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with sat tv and covered terrace. The lower apartment has one double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a living room with fold-away bed.

and a large, furnished barbeque area. There is a lockable garage, and the grounds are walled and gated, enclosing a large forecourt with room for four or five cars.
