Superb swimming pool shared by families in the small community who are all keyholders. The pool is situated to the rear of the property.
Los Nietos is a delightful, typically Spanish village with a relaxed friendly atmosphere. A market is held in the village every Sunday, and there are lots of markets in the area. Nearby is Los Belones with many quality restaurants, Cabo de Palos is 10 minutes drive with its impressive lighthouse and excellent fish restaurants.
La Manga strip is only 15 minutes away with a wide selection of shops and restaurants, and beautiful beaches on both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean.
The world famous La Manga resort is only 5 minutes drive away with many wonderful facilities including golf courses, tennis, bowling, swimming, fantastic new Spa where you can visit for a day or a week of pampering.
If you like the sound of the Spa facility why not get some friends together and enjoy a long weekend and visit the Spa. Perfect for a girly weekend or even week!!! You can also visit the bars and restaurants on offer - and perhaps catch a glimpse of one of the famous football teams who visit the resort for training.
The village is uniquely served by a single track railway to the historic port of Cartagena, a large town with lots of shops, restaurants and a recently developed harbour area. Murcia is a large University City approx 45 minutes drive which has a magnificent Cathedral, top class shops and restaurants.
