Description: |
The Mediterranean Sea is just there. The apartment is situated in an exclusive area of Costa Brava, S’Agaro/Sant Feliu de Guixols, overlooking the Bay of Sant Pol. Ideal for a couple or a family (up to 4 for your comfortable stay) looking for a quiet location away from noise. Only a 25 minutes’ drive from Girona airport where Ryanair service is frequent, and a 80-90 minutes’ drive from Barcelona airport.
Sant Feliu de Guixols is a quiet local town but active even in winter. You can walk to the town centre in 7 minutes and there you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other shops. The clean sandy beach of Sant Pol is seen from the terrace and you reach there in 5 minutes’ walk. Along the beach you will find several restaurants open all the year. If you would like to enjoy more shopping and entertainment , you can reach the well-known Platja d’Aro in a few minute’s drive.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of the 5 floor-building, nicely oriented and absolutely quiet. It has 250 degrees’ panoramic view. The dining-sitting room (25 m2) is opened to the 27 m2 terrace which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The first and second bedrooms both have sea view. The master bedroom has a double bed and there is a bathroom in the same closed area. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is another bathroom (with shower) close to it.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker and oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge.
There is private parking space for your car in the same building. There are two lifts from the parking to the apartment floor.

Easy walking distance of both Sant Feliu & Sant Pol, beautiful apartment with fantastic views as far as Palamos and beyond. We enjoyed several trips featured on your coffee table map plus Girona all easily reached by car within an hour. Also beautiful walks along coastal paths north and south direcly from the doorstep. We bought lots of fresh fruit and vegetables in Sant Feliu market on Sunday morning - excellent value !!
