There is a large pool at the nearby camping ground which guests can use for a small fee. This house provides a fantastic opportunity for a family(s). Just a few minutes walk to gorgeous beaches, chiringuito´s and clear blue sea. It is our holiday home and we use it whenever it is not rented out! You will not be disappointed!
Guests can use the nearby restaurant and pools (one kiddys/one adult) of the nearby camping ground Fuente del Gallo, an entrance fee must be paid for the pools. The pools are open for the season which is normally from June to September but can vary. Telephone numbers and directions to the camping grounds are in the house folder.

Please note that the prices quoted are for occupancy of up to 6 people, please enquire for prices for larger parties.
The following are included in the price:
Gas, electricity and water (special conditions apply for longer lets, please enquire).
Towels (no beach towels) and bed linen supplied.
Changeover day is Saturday, flexible in lower season.
This property requires a cash security deposit of Euros 150 upon arrival, refunded on the day it is vacated if there are no breakages, loss of keys/remote control, cleaning charges, unpaid utility bills etc.
There is a one off end of rental cleaning charge of Euro 50 tp be paid.
