Description: |
The apartment is located directly on the beach in a small development with pool and gardens. It is a first floor apartment. On the main floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 sitting-dining room, one bath with shower, kitchen and terrace with sea views. Going up a spiral staircase there is a small attic bedroom opening onto a beautiful large terrace with fantastic sea views. The orientation is southeast, so there is sun most of the day. The area includes a small supermarket, chemist, bar/restaurant, laundry. There is also a sport center for tennis (small fee required). Oliva Nova golf course is only 500 meters away with spa open to the public. Denia (south) and Gandia (north) are about a 10 minute drive. This is a residential area with a family type atmosphere for people who want to relax on the beach away from the crowds.
