Description: |
Situated on the new urbanisation of Monte y Mar (Mountain and Sea) in Gran Alacant just a few mins drive from the airport, this house has everything you need for your holiday. Local facilities include grocery stores, restaurants and banks while additional shops and eateries to suit every palate can be found in the Gran Alacant centre a short drive away.
10 mins to the South lies the resort of Santa Pola and a further 10 mins will bring you to the sandy beaches of Guardamar. The popular seaside town of Torrevieja is about 35 mins drive while 40 mins to the north lies Benidorm with its pubs, restaurants and nightlife. You can also find there, a huge water park, Aqualandia and a Adventure Zoo, Terra Mitica. The vibrant city of Alicante, just minutes away is a hive of cultural activity and sights to see in its historic centre while its seafront walkways and glorious marina boast a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a regular bus service from Monte y Mar.
Alternatively you can catch a ferry to the island of Tabarca with up to 3 departures a day from Santa Pola or Alicante.
Accommodation includes 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room, 2 reception rooms including a TV area, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, ground floor patio and a large rooftop solarium with stunning views of the pool, mountains and sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes touch control hob, fan oven with grill, washing machine and full range of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery etc.
The TV room is located in the basement. This is the coolest room in the house and a large comfy sofa with recliners will ensure your complete relaxation while you enjoy up to 10 satellite channels including movies, sports, comedy and you can keep up to date with your favourites on BBC1 and ITV1.
The rooftop solarium is equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs making it an ideal environment for eating and relaxing with friends on warm evenings. During the day, the views over the mountains and Bay of Alicante stretch for miles.
