Very spacious 2 double bedroom apartment situated in the heart of the historic, Old Town of Palma De Mallorca.
The apartment has been tastefully restored has lots of character, high beamed ceilings, original clay terracotta floors, shuttered windows and many other original features. The apartment has a new white bathroom suite and newly restored kitchen with washing machine.
The apartment is located in the middle of the old town of Palma itself, near the best Architecture, Museums, Art Galleries, Bars, Restaurants, nightclubs and some of the most fantastic designer shops in the whole of Majorca, if not the whole of Spain.
The apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the most prestigious Square in Palma the famous Plaza Major and only a 7 minutes walk to the historic and beautiful Palma Cathedral and the gorgeous port of Palma. The apartment is only an 8 minute walk to La Lonja, famous for its many Tapas Bars, nightlife and fantastic restaurants.
The apartment is also only 9 minutes walk to the lovely sandy Playa De Palma Beach, making it the perfect place for a combined city break and beach holiday all rolled into one.
The apartment is light and airy and situated on the 3rd floor of a historic building but does have 49 steps from street level to the apartment, so not really suitable for the elderly or inferm.The apartment is situated on one of the main streets which forms part of the historic walk of Palma, with people such as President Clinton having done this famous walk. You will often see the horse drawn carriages carrying site seer’s travel along this street.
There is a bakery and grocery shop within the street the apartment is located within, and restaurants within the Square which is at the end of the street.
Easy Jet and many other bargain airlines fly into Palma De Mallorca daily and the apartment is only a 10 minute Taxi or bus ride from the airport (with buses available just outside Palma Airport)

Facilities Fully equipped kitchen with Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer. Washing Machine, Fresh Bed Linen provided but you need to supply your own towels. There is one double bedroom with double bed and another double room with twin beds. The apartment has a separate lounge and kitchen. All rooms are of good sizes giving a very spacious feel to the apartment. The apartment also has a very large entrance hall.

Special notes Departure clean and laundry fee of £40 needs to be paid on top of the hire fee. If heating in the form or calor gas for the calor gas heater is required this can be fitted for an extra fee of £30 per bottle. This needs to be ordered prior to your holiday.
