The property faces south and so benefits from sunshine all day! It is TOTALLY LEVEL inside and out and so would be ideal for anyone with mobility problems. The doorways are also larger than average to allow for wheelchair access. The property faces south and so benefits from sunshine all day plus those marvellous mediterranean sunsets! Escondida has a good sized sunny living area with sliding glass doors onto a very large level terrace where you find the swimming pool and a covered area for al fresco dining. The terrace has outdoor loungers and chairs, as well as sunshades and a good sized table and chairs under the covered part of the terrace. There are two bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and their own luxury ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and one has twin beds and each leads directly on to the terrace through large sliding glass doors. The living room leads onto a fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher, large fridge and granite worktops. There is a large utility room off with a large sink, washing machine and plenty of cupboards. There is a separate cloakroom with loo and handbasin. The property is very comfortable and friendly and is finished to a very high standard and incorporates everything you would need to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. It has satellite TV, a DVD player as well as a video machine and there is also a radio/CD player. You will find at Escondida all those little extras such as books and games that all help to make you feel at home! Good quality linen is provided as well as pool towels. Full air-conditioning is available as an optional extra.
