The villa overlooks the valley from Teulada to Moraira and Cumbre del Sol. The entrance level comprises kitchen, large dining room and doors opening on to the patio, garden area for sun bathing and 8X4 m pool. Large living room area with two sofas SAT TV etc., one spacious double and spacious triple bedroom, a large bathroom with toilet and shower, a other separate toilet with wash basin. Separate wash room with automatic washing machine.

Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain. It has one of the best climates of continental Europe and is ideal for year round visiting. Cool sea breezes in summer and protected against the cold North winds in winter. Villa Bella Vista has no steps and is wheelchair friendly.
