Description: |
This lovely 4 bedroom villa enjoys what can be described as the most spectacular and breathtaking views you can imagine. Villa Marie Rosa is situated within the enchanting 9th century Moorish village Mijas. There are an abundance of restaurants, shops and old churches all within walking distance
The entrance to the villa is approached by a beautiful courtyard covered with tropical plants and views towards the coast.
First floor
Lounge leading off to the dining room situated in the conservatory with views looking out towards the coast. Second lounge with Sky TV and a CD and DVD player. The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
Downstairs
The master bedroom has and access on to the terrace, which has picturesque views. There are two twin bedrooms with a bathroom to share and a further twin room with an en-suite bathroom.
Fans in all the bedrooms.
Outside
The pool is L shaped with steps leading to it and apart from the 180 fantastic panoramic views there is a full built in BBQ area and seating area for the Alfresco eating. There is also a table tennis and dart board in a room by the pool. All linen and some towels are provided, please bring beach towels.
Also a playroom with tennis table and billards.
