Located midway between La Nucia and Altea, in a very popular residential area.
The apartment is in a small complex of 20 with a pool and BBQ area in the gardens.
Parking is directly outside and the balcony overlooks the pool.
The apartment is on the first floor, 14 steps to the front door.
A car is recommended, there are some lovely mountain villages within 30 minutes drive and the local coastline is worth exploring.
Benidorm is 20 minutes away where there are theme parks to suit all interests, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and Terra Natura.
There are 2 restaurants within walking distance and a cafe bar where the tapas is excellent.
Super Value supermarket is 1 km. and Altea centre town is 3km.
In Altea you can explore the old town area, where you will find narrow streets with whitewashed houses, the church square is the place to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by. The seafront has a great selection of restaurants where Menu del Dia is always good value.
