It is a detached house and is surrounded by grape vines and fruit trees, with large patio shaded by vines and a mature fig. The large swimming pool and sunbathing terrace are very private and have beautiful views across the countryside and distant mountains. The sleeping accommodation is made up of one double bedroom and one twin with a shared shower room. There is very good car access and private parking. For the cooler months La Ponderosa has an open fire and room heaters. El Padul is the most northerly village of the beautiful Lecrin valley and is just 10 minutes from Granada and the Alhambra palace and is 40 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. It has all amenities with a variety of bars and restaurants.
