Costal, comfortable townhouse for rent in sunshine holidays resort Gran Alacant, Alicante. House is located in Monte y Mar Urbanization, on the top of mountain.
There are Lounge/Dinning-room with 3 seater sofa, chair, coffee table and Sat TV along with Cable TV.
The sofa conveniently has bed underneath it so can comfortably sleep 2 people, full fitted kitchen with washing mashine and bathroom with toilet/shower on the ground floor.
The top-floor rooms: Master Bedroom with a nice small balcony and the Second bedroom with to separate beds and fully fitted bathroom with toilet/bath.
Upstairs you will find a large sunshine terrace with BBQ and panoramic view over the sea, mountains and Alicante.
Air conditioning units fitted for cool/warm comfort in a whole house.
Communal swimming pool just one minute walk from the house.
Gran Alacant is a completely self-sufficient area with all services and medical facilities, shopping, restaurants within walking distance, nearest golf is only 10 km away and Alicante airport, making this townhouse ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. A new Commercial Centre less then a few-minutes by car, where you will find three large supermarkets.
The area is cosmopolitan, offers easy access to all types of leisure amenities, and has a superb range of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance of the accommodation.
The accommodation is just 10 minutes from Alicante Airport and 3 minutes from the beautiful Carrabassi golden beaches.
Monte Y Mar, Gran Alacant is situated on the coast between the small spanish resort of Los Arenales and the larger Santa Pola
Both places have superb beaches, Los Arenales beach runs into our own Carabasi beach - miles of golden sand.
Santa Pola
Santa Pola has its own Fishing Port where you can catch a glass bottomed boat to the island of Tabarca.
The town has a weekly market, many fine restaurants and an old fashioned Funfair (Pola Park).
Alicante
Alicante itself is a 10 -15 minute drive along the coast, has wonderful shops, try El Corte Ingles, Promenade and Marina with excellent Bars and Restaurants.
Benidorm
Benidorm, Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are all within approx 40 minutes drive.

Airport pick up can be arranged at very competitive prices. Smoking only permitted outside the property. No pets. All bed linen, towels are included in price. Car parking in front of accommodation. Electricity and water included in price. Car hire web sites can be recommended for competitive rates. Rates for long-term lease will be negotiable. Flexible non-refundable deposit (30%) should be payd at time of booking. 4 weeks prior to client arrival all outstanding balances must be paid in full. To ensure that the accommodation is kept to an extremely high standard and our clients treat the property and its contents with care, a fully refundable damage/loss deposit of 150 EURO is required. This will be refunded immediately after property inspection.
