Description: |
This two bedroom apartment is situated in the Veles Blancas complex in Almerimar and is about 800 meters from the Marina, Harbour and beach areas. It is approximately 30 minutes drive from Almeria Airport and 90 minutes from the skiing resort of Sierra Nevada.
The apartment is in a quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, landscaped area, south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. There is also private parking. The local bus service stops at the entrance to the apartment complex. Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing.
If you have never taken a holiday in Almerimar previously then you are in for a real treat! Almerimar features one of the largest pleasure marinas in southern Spain , berthing small fishing boats right through to million pound yachts. The marina is surrounded by bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of top class food. There is also a golf course, offering some great golf, as well as an established social scene.
Just a 5 minute drive away you will find a substantial commercial centre, including hypermarket, numerous shops, go-karting, cinemas, amusement arcade, restaurants, Mc Donalds. Also 5 minutes drive away in el ejido, there is a weekly outdoor market, indoor swimming pool, aldi, lidl.
20 minutes drive there is the resort of Roquetas, with its own beach, shopping area, amusements, restaurants, very large commercial area, water park and aquarium.
All vistors will be met with keys by professional management company.

The apartment has wooden floors throughout, full hot and cold air conditioning, overhead fans in each room, a fully fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, 4 ring hob, washing machine, fridge freezer. The apartment also has Satellite TV. The front balcony overlooks the pool, is south facing and well located for sun-bathers. It also has panoramic views of Almerimar golf course and of the marina and mountains. The back balcony (off the 2nd bedroom offers you that chill out time from the mid-day sun).
