Ayamonte is a picturesque town ideal for shopping and restaurants, the beach is just 10 mins away and the Portugese Algarve is 5 minutes away. Ideal for golfers, walkers, birdwatchers and holidaymakers. General: The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated with stunning, classical terracotta tiles covering the floor throughout. There is a private porch and entrance hall from which all other rooms are located. Bedrooms: The two bedrooms each have two single beds and double fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a full size ensuite and double patio doors with views over the garden and pool. The second bedroom looks out onto the neighbouring pool and gardens. Both bedrooms are comfortable and airy. Kitchen & Utility Room: There is a modern fitted kitchen fully equipped with all modern facilities. The Utility room provides a secluded additional washing area and storage space. Lounge & Dining Room: An elegant and spacious open-plan lounge/diner makes this the perfect place to live and relax. A deposit of £200 is required in addition to the full rental price and is refundable pending a post-departure inspection. A deposit of 25% is required to secure the apartment. Refunds for cancellation less 25% booking deposit can be made up to four weeks prior to the booking date. Cancellations made within four weeks of the booking commencement date will receive no refund.
