Description: |
The exceptional apartment is situated on the first floor, of an 18th. century palace, facing south-west. The building is inside the ancient town walls, just a stones-throw from the cathedral and all main attractions including the flamenco museum which is just up the street. The cultural center "Sala Companía" is across the road, housed in a beautifully restored church. Very central yet peaceful, away from main roads, in the heart of the pedestrian part of the old city. One enters the building through a beautiful colonaded courtyard and broad marble stairs lead to the apartment. The entrance hall with the large wardrobe is open plan, with the corridor leading to the kitchen, and a door to the main bathroom with all fixtures and fittings designed by Philppe Starck for Duravit; WC, large double bath, sink and heated towel rail. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine/dryer, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, china, glasses and cutlery for eight people. There are plenty of saucepans, cooking gear and all the rest that make a house a home. The open plan dining room has a library, a day bed and seating for 6. The large high ceiling living room with 2 large sofas and puff to relax, large flat screen TV with DVD player and DVDs, I-pod docking station, and plenty of information about the area. The downstairs bedroom has a large wardrobe and a double bed. We also have a work desk and printer with Wfi access available 24hrs. The upstairs bedroom with en-suite has a king size double bed which can be converted to two singles when required. The en suite-bathroom is fitted with sink, Hydro-shower, suspended WC and a heated towel rail. The views to the cathedral are especially magical at night when the building is lit. Due to the south-west facing aspect of the apartment the light is fantastic, with the sunsets giving a different colour display each evening. The apartment is supplied with A/C hot and cold. There is a large communal roof terrace. Included is the private parking space in the underground garage next door. Please note that we have a non-smoking policy. A security deposit of £300 is required, can be in the form of a sterling cheque, which well return if not needed.

We will then send you a receipt for your deposit. The rest can be paid 8 weeks prior to your departure, in return of a detailed map and the key arrangements. |
