Family Villa
This modern air conditioned house is south-facing and has sun from late morning until late in the evening. It is situated in a quiet established residential area immediately next to the communal swimming pool which is one of the largest and best in the area. The main pool and the separate childrens pool are enclosed in landscaped gardens with palms and bourganvillea. The house is clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. It has easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants and bars and is only a 15 minutes walk away from one of the many beautiful, clean beaches.
There is NO noise from traffic, discos or passing late night revellers.
The accommodation is spread over three floors and is unusually large with over 90 sq metres of living space. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge/diner, a fully fitted kitchen, a single bedroom and a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Stairs lead up to the first floor.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. Patio doors lead from the double and twin bedrooms to a sun balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
Stairs lead up to the large secluded sunroof overlooking the swimming pool. This is ideal for private sunbathing during the day or later in the evening enjoying a glass or two of wine watching the stars.
Cabo Roig is a small town on the South Costa Blanca situated just 5 miles south of Torrevieja which is the nearest large town. Cabo Roig is on a small peninsula jutting out into the Mediterranean Sea. It is characterised by broad palm lined avenues and landscaped gardens. The Maritime Walk, which follows the peninsular coastline, takes you to some of the finest sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca.
