5 minutes walk away from the picturesque white village of Jimena de la Frontera, Cadiz, Andalucia, Spain.Jimena has an abundance of traditional tapas bars and restaurants.
Only 20 minutes from Valderama golf course and 25 minutes from Sotogrande with its international standard polo fields and top class marina and beaches. If you enjoy golf you have a choice of 28 golf courses within one hour.
The real Spain in tranquil comfortable surroundings yet within only 30 minutes of all the recreational activities of the Costa del Sol and Marbella is only 45 minutes away.

In the dappled shade of tropical plants water trickle from the moss covered rocks into a pool alive with darting carp, colourful goldfish and Koi.
A completely private and secluded walled garden lush with flowers, schrubs, banana and orange trees provide the magical setting for the turquise waters of the gorgeous kidney shaped swimming pool.The pool and garden is lit at night which creates yet another setting for dining alfresco.
La Fuente Vieja is a beautiful and cheerful home, tastefully & comfortably furnished, filled with rustic antiques, authentic paintings & other interesting memorabilia.
There is a large comfortable lounge with stunning Catalan vaulted ceiling a bar & several dining areas peppered with bouquets of dried flowers and bowls of aromatic herbs & pot pourri, an open plan kitchen leading to a spacious pantry which gives access to the natural spring and BBQ area. You can also rejoice in an extensive library catering to all tastes of literature.
La Fuente Vieja has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms two of which are en-suite.
An un-balustraded staircase leads upstairs to a library landing and then out to the prettiest leafy veranda facing the Hozgarganta river.
Silk wall hangings adorn the double bedded pink room with private dressing room.
The twin bedded blue room is also decorated with original paintings and fresh cotton prints.
A light and airy yellow room, overlooking the mountains, with double pine bed completes the trio in the main house.
There are beautiful walks along the river with plenty of quiet spots to enjoy a picnic and view the pirds of prey and other unusual species.
No cars, just the occacional regal horseman enjoying the scenery with you.
If you enjoy nature with beautiful walks, viewing birds, horseriding, golf and tennis or if your idea of heaven is to sit in a beautiful garden in the peace of nature enjoying the sun on your face and just relaxing completely La Fuente Vieja is the place to visit.
