Well eqquipped and a super holiday apartment on Costa Blanca
The apartment is situated on Costa Blanca in Southspain in a new area in Cabo Roig in south of Torrevieja.
The apartment are totaly 115 m2, and is situated near the beach and contained 2 (3) bedrooms with dobbelbed and big built-in wardrobe, Baby-bed up to 16 kg, big and very nice bathroom with shower and bidét, big livingroom with TV, radio and CD-player and exit to a big balcony plus entry to an open kitchen with all white goods e.g. dishwasher and washing machine. You also find a very well proportioned automatic aircondition, a privat solarium (sunshine roof) with garden furniture and beds for sun worshipper and a grill. Swimmingpool also for childring you find downstairs the apartment. 2 travelbikes for your service. Max 4 – 6 persons.
The area offer you some beautiful beachs in the way until Torrevieja as e.g Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima etc. The beachs is situated as a small verry nice bay along the coast.
Are you a golfplayer, the area offers 3 international golf cource.
The hole area are very well-assorted with national and international restaurants plus very interested shopping possibilities around a few hundred meter.
In the bigger city and very nice town Torrevieja, as situated 10 min. in a car from the apartment, are there lot of possibilities. The harbor and the nice beach promenade plus all the small streets with a typical spanish atmosphere, is really a special visit. Do you want to shopping some day, you can visit the big shopping center Habaneras.
Costa Blanca are with 320 sunshine days in the year and a average temperature at 15 degrees celcius, known as a unique climate because of the airs high content of iodine from 2 saltlakes in the neighbourhood, are chosen of WHO as one of the most healthy places to live in the world.

If you need something to the refrigerator when you arrive as drinking, coffe, thea, bread, cheese, eggs or what do you want, you just send your ordre together with your booking of the apartment. You pay when you are fetch the key for the apartment.
Compulsory clining: 40 euro
As extra fee you pay 67,00 euro if something damage done to the fixtures and the apartment. The amount will be repay after the rent if now damages. |
