Description: |
A well equipped and comfortable family holiday home situated in the peaceful village of Chilches, between Rincon de la Victoria and Torre de Mar. Lying East of Malaga, this area is quite different from that experienced on the Western side, retaining a very Spanish feel. 35 minutes from Malaga airport and a mile from the beach, the village is set in the hillside overlooking the bay of Malaga.
The house itself has 2 / 3 bedrooms and is most suited to families.
Top floor accommodation includes entrance hallway, dining area, well equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and double bedroom.
Ground floor accommodation consists of a large twin bedroom with modern en-suite shower room, and a small 3rd bedroom with single bed.
Outside, are two small roof terraces with excellent views of both sea and mountains, and a large enclosed patio garden with garden furniture and BBQ.
The property has the benefit of air conditioning, and a log fire for the winter months. Travel cot, buggy and high chair available if required. For entertainment there is a TV, DVD, VHS player with selection of films, Play station and CD player, games and books for all the family.
The communual swimming pool and tennis court are close by, and there is a larger BBQ area around the pool.
A golf course can be seen from the property and is about a 10 minute drive.
Rincon de la Victoria and Torre del Mar are nearby, and are both traditional vibrant Spanish seaside holiday resorts offering plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and holiday activities.
Please note you will need to hire a car, as the nearest beach and supermarket are 1 mile away. There is no parking immediately outside the house, and the carpark is a short but steep walk up to the house.
