Description: |
Set in the peace and tranquility of the Andalucian countryside, this beautiful villa has the most stunning views across the valleys and "pueblos blancos" (white villages). The property has its own private pool, gardens and patios. There is a brick built BBQ and covered seating area for dining "al-fresco". The villa is extremely spacious and provides exceptional comfort. The village of Colmenar , located a short drive away, provided an excellent selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, 24 hr medical centre and a bustling weekly market. Casa Bellavista is an ideal base for day trips to historic Granada, cosmopolitan Marbella, Malaga old town & spectacular cathederal, Nerja, the extensive selection of beaches and excellent golf courses. Locally there is plenty of sightseeing to do as we are close to the Torcal National Park and the Montes de Malaga, also a great area for walks, cycling, horse riding etc. Along the coast there are excellent shopping complexes, water parks, marinas, zoos, cinema and bowling complexes to name a few and now, perish the thought, an ice rink!!
The accomodation at Casa Bellavista consists of a master bedroom with king size bed, bedroom furniture, an en suite shower room and patio doors. The two twin bedrooms are light and airy and decorated in sunny colours. There is a seperate bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with gas oven and hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The washing machine is seperate in utility. The spacious lounge/dining area has comfy sofas, sat tv and dvd, cd player, table and chairs, wood burning stove and a selection of books, dvds. Outside there is ample space to relax on sunloungers around the beautiful pool area, a shaded area with table and chairs , BBQ and gardens, all conducive to having a glass of wine, relaxing and soaking up the ambience of the area and the glorious sunshine!

The property is located in the grounds of an old Andalucian farmhouse ( where we live) but is totally private with your own pool, access and gardens. However if you ever have any questins or queries we are on hand to help out. Cot and high chair can be provided on request. Starter packs can also be provided for your arrival eg milk,local cheeses and wines, bread etc and a small selection of familiar products such as PG tips for those of you who cant live without a good cup of tea! We provide a comprehensive guide to the area, its facilities and local festivals etc in the property. Car hire is essential as we are located 4kms from village. Malaga airport is only 40 mins drive. |

Special notes Prices are based on a weeks rental. There is a discount for 2 persons (depending on season). A 30% non refundable deposit is required to book the property with payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival, location details,receipt etc will be given to you. Preferred change over day is Sat, but we are flexible out of season, please ask. Arrivals after 4pm, departures before 10 am unless otherwise arranged with ourselves. The property is cleaned to a high standard prior to guests arrival and we maintain the pools and gardens ourselves on a regular basis although discretion is always paramount. There is a log burning stove and radiators for the winter months and fans are provide in the summer for those hot summer nights! Long term rentals can be arranged in winter months, please ask. |
