Description: |
Pinar de Campoverde is located near Pilar de la Horadada, 10 minutes drive for the beautiful unspolit beach. The house has two floors and is set in private landscaped gardens with views of nature parks and mountains in the distance.
For golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses nearby Lo Romero is a brand new golf course between Pilar de la Horadada & Campoverde and is a 5 minute drive from Pinar de Campoverde (loromerogolf.com). Other golf courses in Campoamor, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and La Manga are all within driving distance.
This village comprises various residences with markets, shops, bars, restaurants, backery/cafe, pubs etc. open all year.
Pinar de Campoverde has some of the best and cleanest beaches in Costa Blanca. In addition to the crystal clear Mediterranean and the golden sandy beach.
The "Mar Menor" is about 10 min. car drive.
There are also a golf course between Pinar and Pilar.
Airports in 15 min. San Javier and 40 min. Alicante.

The private pool has a very special and unique form with roman-stairs and is more than 2 m deep. You can find 2 sun loungers for relaxing as well as a table with chairs.
