Description: |
Located within the Sierra Crestellina Natural Park the villa commands incredible views across the unspoilt Rio Genal valley towards traditional white villages and the Sierra Grazelema. Its extensive outside verandahs and patios provide a magical setting from which to watch the sun set over the Los Alcornales National Park or the moon rise over the Sierra Crestellina behind the villa. A bird watchers, walkers and nature lovers paradise - but only 25 minutes from Blue Flag Beaches, superb golfing and all the amenities of the Costa del Sol. Just 200 metres walk up from the house Gibraltar and the Morroccan Rif mountains can be seen The villa has an 11m x 5 m private pool with a large sun terrace and is built in traditional Andaluz style with thick walls, vaulted ceilings, terracotta tiles floors, archways and shutters on bedroom windows. It is cool in summer and warm in winter.

Rentals Saturday to Saturday (other options may be available on request). 25% deposit on booking; balance due eight weeks before arrival
Refundable damage deposit of €450 payable on arrival.
Weekly linen change and house cleaning included. Additional maid service available at 14 euros per hour paid directly to the housekeeper. Note: The owners may be in residence in the small casita (separate annexe) from time to time but people renting the main house have exclusive use of the pool and nearly six acres of grounds. The casita has its own entrance gates, parking area, and separate front door and does not overlook the main house in any way and is never rented out - only the owners may be in residence. |
