Trendy apartment, immaculately clean with lounge dining room with CD player, kitchen with two ring electric hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and fully equipped. Separate equipped laundry room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) en suite bathroom. Guest w.c. furnished terrace plus small balcony. Towels and Linen provided NOT BEACH TOWELS. Cleaning included in price.
Excellent location, very quiet area of well established holiday resort.car not necessary. Walking distance to beach and all entertainment and marina. Supermarket (Capbrabo) directly underneath block. 3 local beaches can be reached by mini train which runs around the resort. Good restaurants, good fish.
A holiday in Cala Ratjada will apeal to all, as this can be as relaxing or lively as you choose with the many facilities available. The resort will appeal to golfers, cyclist, walkers, bird watchers.
