Description: |
Casa Avalon is located in Costa Nova Marina in a cul-de-sac location with a very nice sea view and south facing position.
It is a villa of two storeys surronded by a 1400 s.q. metres
plot of land. Garden in the entrance and pool area. The ground
floor has a living room with a fireplace and satellite TV. Also
is there a diningroom and there is a exit to one side to the
kitchen and the glazed Naja with a dinner table for 8 people
and to the open terrace with the nice sea view. On the same
floor is a guest-toilet and the master bedroom with bath en-suite.
On the other floor we have 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and
there is a exit to the garden and the barbecue.
The kitchen is equipped with en oven, microwave, fridge-freezer,
cutlery and cooking utensils, washing machine.
Other facilities in the villa include barbecue, pool side deck chairs
central heating and double glased windows with mosquito screens.
There is parking for up to two cars.
It is only a 5 minutes drive to the beach with restaurants, pubs,
shops etc.
The price is including cleaning on the end. In the high-season
bookings are from saturday to saturday.
