Penthouse (duplex) accommodation in Bahia de Casares Brand new apartment (2006) near Estepona and La Duquesa blue flag marine - between Malaga (50 min.) and Gibraltar (20 min.) - in a new and nice area with buildings in maximum 3 floors, several golf courses, lovely restaurants and beautiful sand beaches.
15 minutes to Marbella and Puerto Banús. 2 minutes to several golf courses. 150 meters (10 min. walk) to magnificent sand beach with sun beds, sunshades and comfortable beach restaurant.
The apartment is a new lovely bright south-facing 3 bedroom duplex (8 sleeps) with beautiful panoramic ocean view located in a fully enclosed community with security gated access and private parking.
The pool area with grass and flowers has 2 pools – 1 large pool and 1 pool for children, sun beds, sunshades and toilets.
The duplex has 122 m2 inside area and 2 terraces – 30 m2 and 6 m2 – both with beautiful panoramic ocean view and barbecue. The largest terrace with terrace furnitures and sun beds and plenty of room has sun from early morning to late evening. The small one with terrace furniture has sun in the morning. In the nearest future a new golf course will opening next to the apartment with view from both terrace, livingroom and 2 bedrooms.
The large lounge/dining room with view to the ocean, has an eating area with direct exit to the terrace and a lounge area with fireplace, satelit-tv (BBC/CNN), DVD, and radio/CD. Otherwise there is a sofa bed for 2 persons.
3 large bedrooms (6 sleeps) with build in cupboards – 2 with double bed and directly view to the ocean and direct exit to the terrace. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, TV, VHS and X-box with games.

What to do: You can go to the pools - only use for the community (43 apartments) or 150 meters (10 min. walk) to the magnificent sand beach with sun beds, sunshades and comfortable beach restaurant. Here you meet the local people. A Walk at the beach to Sabinillas and La Duquesa blue flag marine can absolutely be recommended. Possibility for surfing, fishing, diving or rent a boat.
2 minutes to 5 different golf courses. Golf Doña Julia (18 holes), El Cortesin Golf Club (18 holes and one of the longest courses in Europe), La Duquesa Golf (18 holes), Estepona Golf (18 holes) and Casares Golf (9 holes). With direct view from the apartment and terraces, next to the complex, a new golf course will opening in the nearest future.
5 minuttes to local markets. Sundays in Sabinillas and Estepona Harbour. Wednesdays in Estepona.
14 km from Bahia de Casares into the country you find the village of Casares. A very old village with a lot of history and a large old castle, build on the top of a mountain with a fanstastic view over the Mediterranean. On the road to Casares you find the most lovely restaurants with magnificent and local food.
The harbour in Puerto Banús – Here you’ll find the most fantastic and showy boats. Ferrari Porsche, Lamborghini and Harley Davidson are all “king of the road” in the harbour area. It is also here you find the expensive fashion shops. For shopping there are several of possibilities: The pedestrian street in Estepona, “La Canada” shopping centre and the old area in Marbella, the shopping centre and harbour in Puerto Banús and Gibraltar (duty-free).
Gibraltar is a place with a lot of history and therefore a visit to the top of the rock is recommended. Here you have a fantastic view to Africa and all the ships who passing through the Gibraltar every day and you will find a lot of impudent monkeys. A visit into the rock gives you the story of Gibraltar. Gibraltar is duty free and belongs to UK. Don’t forget your passport.
