This apartment has the location to die for, set in the most stunning gardens with views accross the gardens to the large swimming pool, tennis courts, separate childrens play area set in its own landscaped area at the far end of the complex, and of course fantastic views of the Mediterranean and the Mountains of North Africa.
Within a very short walk of all you would dream of, bars, restaurants two supermarkets and of course the beach with its plentiful supply of beach bars, within a short drive there is even a race course as featurd on Sky TV. Situated close to The Aztec Tennis club with all its amenities and of course Miraflores Golf Course is on thr doorstep.
Malaga Airport is 30 minutes away and Puerto Banus is some 20 minutes by car there is a good bus service available also. The complex is gated and therefore there is ample safe parking for one or more cars if neccessary.
The apartment has super accommodation and the benefit of ceiling fans to all bedrooms there is a air-conditioning unit to the main lounge, the kitchen is fully equipped including an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment itself is of a high standard and boasts a large lounge with two new settees coffee table and flat screen TV which is connected to ITV, CNN and Sky Sports amongst others, you can play DVDs as well as CDs, there are double sliding doors which lead to the balcony which has a large table and chairs ideal for that early morning breakfast or a late drink al fresco dining is a must. The two bedrooms are well equipped and the first is a double with built in wardrobes the second is a twin with built in wardrobes both are tastefully decorated and have charm in abundance.
All linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels)a full clean and linen change is effected once a week. Payment will be accepted by English cheque a deposit of between £150 and £200 to secure the booking, this is fully returnable less the costs if any of any breakages etc. Payment in full is required eight weeks before departure.
Fantastic position in Riviera Del Sol, new on the market so most dates still available.
This area is ideal for every holiday requirement situated mid way between Fuengirola and Marbella it is the ideal spot for all activities, whether just a relaxing do nothing break, or the most adventurous of pursuits are catered for very well indeed, from every activity imaginable, golf and tennis are very close, and all manner of water activities are in abundance.
The Apartment
This super apartment is owned by a builder and para-medic so you can imagine the condition for yourself, the family bathroom boasts a new toilet, bidet, sink and shower unit and is fully tiled and tastefully decorated. The apartment is lit by an array of new lighting features which have to be seen to be appreciated. The whole apartment which is set in one of the most sought after areas in Riviera.
The Superb Massive Gardens and Amenities.
The gardens and amenities are second to none, the gardens are huge and maintained to a very high standard.
Within the gardens there is a large private swimming pool, with a covered area for relaxing, there is also a tennis court which is for the use of guests and invited friends only, at the bottom of the gardens there is a childrens area with a slide etc, please refer to one of the photographs to see for yourself. This is a very secure and safe gated complex but is within very easy walking distance of all the local bars, retaurants, supermarkets and of course te beach with its abundance of beach bars etc
