Altos de Ladero (Heights of El Ladero) towers high above Guejar Sierra, a beautiful white washed Andalucian village deep in the heart of the Sierra Nevada National Park. A short walk to the many bars, restaurants and shops and only half an hour by road to the ski slopes, the Alhambra Palace or Granada City, makes it an ideal place to base yourself to explore this remarkable part of the world.
The 2-bed/2bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults with plenty of room in the living area for more.
The large south facing main terrace has stunning views over the Village and the surrounding mountains.
Guejar has long been popular, both as a summer and winter destination, among Spanish visitors and now the budget airlines have started flying in to Granada Airport (45 Minutes) this beautiful area is easily accessible to us Brits! It offers the opportunity to combine both the varied skiing of the Sierra Nevada (with views of Africa from the upper slopes) and the experience of staying in a traditional Spanish village.
