Description: |
A superb professionally designed 2 bedroomed apartment in one of Europes largest marinas. The apartment benefits from a large rear south facing terrace giving access directly onto the beautiful pool. With a fantastic decorated interior and a high specification of ammenities this is the perfect location to enjoy one of the most beautiful and truely spanish parts of Andulasia.
A professional 27 golf course designed by Gary Player is directly opposite the apartment, the lovely long stretches of blue flag beaches are a ten minute walk away. The marina is the second largest in Spain, it has many varied and good restaurants and bars to suit all tastes which are set in lovely location.
If you enjoy playing golf this a golfers paradise with several more golf courses within a 40 minute drive from Almerimar. It is also one of the only places in the world where you can ski in the morming and sunbathe in the afternoon, the Sierra navada ski station is a 90 minute drive away which takes you through some wonderful scenery.
The apartment has a high specification interior, it is fully equipped with air con and heating in the winter months. The sitting room has a 20inch flat screen satellite TV and DVD player, we have stacked the coffee table with various books and games including a chess set.
The rear facing terrace is well equipped with large dining table and chairs and bbq facilities, the ideal place for breakfast, lunch and dinner with wonderful views of Almerimar.
There is secured parking accessed through automatic security gates.
The whole area is well lit at night.
All visitors will be met with keys by a professional management company.

Notes

For families the resort has two blue flag beaches, uncrowded stretches of sand either side of the marina, with all the facilities you may need, the beaches are a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
For shopping there is a very good supermarket 15 minutes walk and various other small shops around the marina. The Copo commerical centre with a wide variety of shopping is a 5 minute drive.
For walkers the natural park which is adjacent to the beaches gives the opportunity for seeing different wildlife and species of birds This an ideal location for a golfing holiday. This is undiscovered Spain at its best. |
