Empuriabrava is constructed along 37 km of canals, lined by magnificent houses and over 5.000 moorings for exclusive use, the Marina of Ampuriabrava is the largest residential marina in Europe, with 100.000 residents in summer, and always blends activity and enjoyment with the peace and quiet you are looking for. a village truely unique in the Mediterranean.
We are located 1 hour north of Barcelona, between the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà nature reserve (Empordà wetlands) and the Bay of Roses - home to the world famous El bulli restaurant, neighbouring the marine reserve of the Medes Islands and within the municipal limits of Castelló d’Empúries.
The house is very comfortably set up for 6 people and can accomodate 8. Ground floor has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, separate kitchen with large serving passage to the lounge. French doors open to a large South facing terrace equipped with teak dining furniture and a built in barbeque. The terrace looks over the swimming pool and garden which leads to the canal and private 12.5m mooring. Upstairs also has its own south facing terrace, a double bedroom, bathroom and salon with sofa/bed.
