Description: |
This is a really lovely family villa with a pool situated within a 20 minute walk to Miami beach. Upstairs there are 3 good-sized bedrooms (sleeping 6), a big wrap-around sun terrace, and a bathroom, with bath.
Downstairs there is a modern kitchen, lounge, dining area and second bathroom with shower. There is a plasma tv with cable access offering over 100 channels in English, German and Spanish. Internet access can be arranged.
There is a patio with outdoor furniture, charcoal grill, lockable car-parking and a fenced garden. There is 1 adult and 2 childrens bicycles stored at the villa for use by guests.
The house is situated in private grounds with 13 other villas and is directly opposite parklands.
The on-site manager greets you on arrival and shows you to your villa. He is on-call 24 hours a day during your stay.

Port Aventura adventure park is a 20 min drive; BonMont Golf Course 15 min drive; Barcelona 1.5 hours. Reus airport is a 20 min drive and costs about 60 Euros by taxi. Trains run every couple of hours to Port Aventura, Tarragona and Barcelona from LHospitalet station, which is an 8 Euro taxi fare away. |

Rental of bed linen & towels is an optional extra and must be paid direct to site manager on arrival.
Sheets & Bedding:- 8 Euros per person per change
Towels (1 bath towel & 2 hand towels):- 4 Euros per person per change.
150€ security deposit required and must be paid direct to site manager on arrival and will be returned on departure, less any cost for loss or damage as applicable.
Payment via personal cheque in Sterling or Euro Cheque or Internet bank transfer.
