This apartment is not in a package holiday area, but in an area much favoured for holidays by the Spanish, and is available from just 60 Euros per person per week, based on 6 sharing.
The historic town of Guardamar is adjacent to National Parkland containing pine forests, palm groves, sand dunes and miles of sandy beaches.
The accommodation comprises one double bedroom with en suite, one twin bedroom, and one twin/full-size bunk bedroom, family bathroom, dining area, lounge with balcony, separate kitchen and utility room. The balcony has ample room for dining and enjoying the sun and enjoys magnificent views of the sea and protected pine forest. The roof solarium is also a sun-worshippers dream!
Located on the 6th floor - hence these lovely views. Only two apartments per floor, the property is serviced by two lifts and entry video-phone. It is in a secure security-gated private complex with pool.
The apartment is very suitable for both summer and winter occupancy, having both air-conditioning and heating throughout - and year round golfing is available nearby! It is suitable for families or couples, and whether you are here just to relax or for a lively holiday you will not fail to find it in Guardamar.
Some of the Cost Blancas best beaches - consistent winners of the coveted Blue-Flag awards - are within 5 minutes walk, with beautiful walks through parklands and sand-dunes literally on the door-step.
10 minutes walk brings you to the Marina, whilst 20 minutes walk reaches the town and lively esplanade, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.
