Our studio at Puerto de la Duquesa (see also www.duquesastudios.com) offers tastefully furnished accommodation for up to two situated on the front line of the harbour - enjoying wonderful views of the yachts, palm trees and cafes of the marina below. Just relaxing and sunbathing on the balcony, you feel part of the sophisticated lifestyle of Duquesa itself. Eating out is easy and just a step away where dining out is an international experience. For dining at home, the studio has full kitchen facilities, and convenient supermarkets nearby can provide all your food and wine provisions.
Facilities include Initial preparation and cleaning supervised by a local manager at the beginning of the let; with additional maid services available locally. The apartment sleeps two, and most of what you might need is supplied, including satellite TV (inc. U.K. channels), air con, washing machine, two standard single beds with duvets and linen. We recommend you bring your own towels though.
Additional information:
Access to local facilities such as the golf course are part of the development and daily rates are available during your stay. The adjacent public beach is managed by the local council and is popular with visitors. The apartment also has the advantage of a small sun balcony which catches the sun virtually all day - great in winter!

Puerto de la Duquesa is a delightful marina location enjoying year-round sunshine on the southern coast of Spain. Built in traditional Andalucian style and set against the mountain backdrop of the Sierra Bermeja, Duquesa lies in the favoured region of Manilva. Ronda and some of Andalucias most interesting areas are readily accessible, and with easy access via Gibraltar or Malaga airport. Puerto Duquesa appeals above all to people of all ages seeking an upmarket holiday environment, where standards are high and facilities good. Any time of year is fine - Winter is warm & sunny (occasional rain in January early February) and peaceful - popular with sailors and golfers. - Duquesa has hosted many visitors to the Ryder Cup for example. Summer can be very hot, and is often preferred by younger clients, and local holiday makers, when the port is more lively in July/August. Longer winter lets also available. |
