Description: |
Paraiso Blanco is a small urbinisation of 38 houses which is conveniently situated both near to Burrianno beach and the town centre. The urbinisation has its own lovely communal pool and beautiful gardens. The property is a two storey south facing house with a lovely aspect looking over the pool and gardens. The property has a large sitting / dining room and fully fitted kitchen complete with fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. The main bedroom has a large tastefully tiled en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The twin bedded bedroom also has en suite facilities with shower. The property can sleep up to five persons as there is a good quality camp bed available, which can be accommodated either in one of the bedrooms or in the lounge, if that is the prefered option. There is a sun terrace and large south facing patio leading off the master bedroom. The house is tastefully furnished throughout with washing machine, dishwasher, television, radio cassette and telephone. The many varied and wonderful bars and restaurants of Nerja are within easy walking distance. Both sun terraces are south facing, fully equipped with good quality garden furniture making it an idyllic location to eat or just enjoy the fantastic Costa Del Sol sunshine. Nerja is the most important town on the eastern Cost del Sol and has grown rapidly, yet has escaped the excesses of ugly high rise buildings that disfigfure much of the Costa. Nerja enjoys an idyllic climate hence you can holiday here all year round. Nerja lies on a plain almost surrounded by the Almijara and Alpujarra Sierras. It is perfectly possible to ski on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada in the morning, and sunbathe on the Nerja beaches in the afternoon. Places To Visit -The World famous attraction is the awesome "Nerja Cuevas" A theatre has been created within the caverns and famous performers appear at the festival held there every July. Opening times: July and August 09.30 - 8pm Rest of year 09.30 - 6.30pm Ronda / Frigliana / / Seville / Granada /Sea Life Centres / Botanical / Ornithological Garden / Aqua Land Sport / Horse Show / all are places well worth a visit in this fantastic location.
