You can walk to the shops, bars and restaurants from the villa in about 5 minutes, the beach is 15 minutes away by car. This villa is comfortable and well maintained and all on one level, with an 8 x 4 swimming pool. The villa comprises two twin bedded rooms, one double bedded room with en suite and separate shower/toilet room. The lounge is large and oval shaped with an attractive fire place, tv (no satelite tv) plus dvd/music centre. Outside of the lounge is a large oval patio with table and chairs for al fresco eating. The patio leads down 3 steps to the 8 x 4 swimming pool and terrace area for sunbathing etc. The garden is laid to gravel, gated and locked. Sun beams down on this villa for most of the day and is ideal for getting that all important suntan. The villa is about 20 minutes by car from Alicante Airport or 55 minutes from Murcia Airport to La Marina. The villa is finished to a high standard.
