A modern furnished 2 bed (2 twin beds)/2bath apartment with private garden and communal pool overlooking the golf course on an exclusive PGA qualified 5 star golf resort.
The apartment is well situated for golfers and families alike. The garden is secure for parents with young children. The beautiful Costa Calida is a 15 minute drive where you will find some of Spains most desirable sandy beaches.
The resort has a safe childrens play area by the club house.
The Apartment is fully air conditioned (and heated for winter months) with underground private parking.
Mosa Trajectum is a private resort with 24 hour gated security, allowing only residents and paying guests access, and is bordered by a nature reserve and the Murcia mountains. (Mosa is in a no-fly zone so peace is guaranteed!) The resort is beautifully maintained with hard landscaped areas, palm tree lined roads, gardened areas and ponds. Mosa is a peaceful, relaxed resort yet is only a short drive away from the nightlife if required.
Currently on site, and just a short stroll away is the "Parador", a 400 year old farm house converted into a hotel complex and an a la carte restaurant and outdoor day and night, snack bar. Due for completion in Nov/Dec 2007 is a large commercial complex of restaurants, bars and shops.
The resort lies just 15 mins drive from the beautiful cosmopolitan city of Murcia with its many restaurants, tapas bars, designer clothes shops, baroque cathedral and bull fighting ring and only 25 mins drive to the coast and the beaches of La Manga, Mar Menor, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Torrevieja and 45 mins from Alicante.
There is plenty to keep the kids occupied in the surrounding areas including water parks, theme parks, safari parks, hot air balloon rides, jeep safaris and much more, please request my brochure for details.
If golf is more your style, Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort boast a stunning 27 hole Championship golf course plus a 9 hole challenger course built to the exacting standards set by the PGA and USGA .
Guests at our apartment are able to make use of the available green fee offers. Club hire and electric buggies also available.
Villa keys are held on site by a management company, who will meet and greet you and help to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
1x Cot and 1x high chair are available free of charge !
