CasaCuchia is situated in the village of Cuchia in the,barrio de la iglesia - near the church.It is south facing and sunny. On the ground floor there is a bright entrance porch which leads directly into a television sitting room with satellite tv.Off this room there is a garden facing lounge.The fully fitted kitchen and separate dining room are here as well as a utility room with washing machine etc.,WC/shower room and cloakroom.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a sizeable bathroom and access to a very large balcony overlooking open countryside.
CasaCuchia is detached with a secluded garden and off street parking.
The beaches, whilst very close, are not visible from the house.
Cuchia is a quiet seaside village, yet is close to the city. Ideal for those who want to combine the proximity of city activity and attractions with a relaxing rural/coastal downtime environment.
The stunning medieval town of Santillana del Mar is near as is beautiful Comillas, and San Vincente de la Barquera.
Excellent roads bring you to the Picos de Europa in under two hours.
Any time of year CasaCuchia is an ideal base from which to explore the city and the province.
