Description: |
Home Description Our house is a 2 bed townhouse on the Green Valley development. Both bedrooms are bright and airy each having their own ensuite. French doors open out onto a juliet balcony for both bedrooms. The master bedroom ensuite consists of a dressing area with 2 sinks set in a marble top, and the bathroom has a toilet, large shower enclosure and bath. Bedroom 2 ensuite consists of a single sink inset in a marble top, with toilet and shower enclosure. The views to both the front and rear are stunning. The house can comfortably sleep 4, with 4 single beds. We also have a fold up single bed and a single sofa bed should they be required. A unique feature of these townhouses is a skylight which extends down from the solarium opening out above the dining table. Downstairs there is a split level open plan dining area and lounge, with French doors opening out onto the rear garden area with views across the golf course. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen and downstairs wc.
Outdoors We have a furnished solarium with stunning views across the new Alcaidesa Heathland golf course, mountains and sea, with Sotogrande marina in the distance. Private front and rear gardens. Two secure underground car parking spaces.
Out and About Our house offers a perfect base not just for the golfers but for families who want a relaxing holiday or for people who like to travel further afield. Situated in Alcaidesa located in the district of San Roque, the area is renowned for golf. The existing Alcaidesa links course is now complemented with the Dave Thomas designed Heathland course. Both courses now share a modern new clubhouse which is just a 5 minute walk from the house. Within 10 minutes drive are the famous courses of Valderrama, San Roque and Sotogrande. Further away Cadiz, Ronda, Sevilla and Granada are all within driving distance. A drive of approx 2.5hrs will take you to the Sierra Nevada mountains which has its own ski resorts, what could be better waking up to blue skies and the sea in the morning and go skiing in the afternoon ( dependant on the time of year ). For the more adventurous a trip to Tariffa is a must, known as the wind capital, it doesn’t disappoint. With its stunning white sand and blue sea, any form of sport involving the wind can be done here. The well known resorts of Peurto Banus, Marbella and Estepona are all within 20-30 minutes drive away and of course Gibraltar is only 10-15 minutes drive away which apart from duty free shopping offers many more attractions. Locally we have La Linea next to Gibraltar, here you will find typical Spanish restaurants, bars and tapas bars. There are a good selection of shops and supermarkets for all your provisions. If all this sounds like too much hard work then why not relax on Alcaidesa Playa, with 4km of blue flag beach and spectacular views of the ‘Rock’.

The nearest airport is Gibraltar which is about 15-20 minutes away. The majority of flights land in Malaga which is just over an hour away on the AP7. There are also flights now into Jerez which is also about an hour away. There are 2 bedrooms both ensuite and with 2 single beds in each. There is also a fold down single bed in bedroom 2 and a single sofa bed. |

Special notes Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion. A £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date. If a reservation is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date then full payment will be required. We require a refundable breakages deposit of £150.00 which is payable with the balance. This will be returned within 14 days of your departure subject to our property managers satisfactory inspection. We operate a cancellation policy which is as follows: The deposit of £100.00 is non refundable Cancellation within 8 weeks or more to departure full refund of balance. 4-8 weeks to departure 50% refund of balance. 2-4 weeks to departure 25% refund of balance. Less than 2 weeks to departure no refund. The price includes cleaning on departure, if cleaning is required in the middle of 2 week stay, details will be made avaliable on request. If welcome pack is required, again details will be made avaliable by request.
