Description: |
On the established Les Basetes urbanisation in the mountains above the small Spanish village of Adsubia you will find this beautiful 3 bedroom villa. It offers peace and tranquillity but within a short distance from the village itself. It is approximately 15 minutes from the Oliva beach, 1½ hours from Alicante Airport and 1 hour from Valencia Airport. It has stunning views of the surrounding mountains and orange groves and the coast
beyond.
The villa has three bedrooms, two double and one twin, all with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. It has two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, including fridge/freezer and microwave.The kitchen leads to a lounge/dining area offering TV/DVD and Hifi.
The lounge / dining area leads outside to a semi-circular terrace overlooking the swimming pool and patio area.
The lower level of the villa is occupied on a long term let but all visitors will have sole use of the pool, patio and BBQ area.
Outside there is a patio area for sunbathing, complete with sun- loungers, table, chairs and parasol, all of which surrounds the swimming pool. There is also a shower cubicle and BBQ area.
The quiet Spanish village of Adsubia has a general store, butcher, baker and a few bars where you can enjoy a peaceful typically Spanish meal of paella and tapas.
Pego, approximately 5 minutes away, has good supermarkets, banks, a post office and chemist and a traditional Spanish market visits every Thursday.
There are beautiful unspoilt beaches within approximately 15 minutes drive from the villa.
Car hire is essential.

A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week is required when booking.
