THIS IS A DELIGHTFUL 2 BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM TOWNHOUSE IN A QUIET ROAD WITH A FRONT LAWNED GARDEN AND A DRIVE TO TAKE ONE CAR. IT IS NOT AN APARTMENT IN A BLOCK WITH LIFTS AND UNDERGROUND PARKING. BOTH THE DOWNSTAIRS PATIO AND LARGE PRIVATE UPSTAIRS TERRACE WHICH ARE BOTH FULLY FURNISHED OVERLOOK A 33 METRE SWIMMING POOL AND 2 FREE TENNIS COURTS WHICH ARE NEXT TO THE 14TH FAIRWAY OF THIS JACK NICKLAUS DESIGNED 18 HOLE GOLF RESORT. AS YOU WOULD EXPECT ON A 5 STAR LUXURY GOLF RESORT , THERE ARE AN ABUNDANCE OF FLOWERS AND BEAUTIFULLY CUT LAWNS.
LA TORRE IS JUST 15 MINUTES FROM MURCIA AIRPORT.
YOU ARE NOT TAKING ANY CHANCES IN NOT KNOWING WHAT YOUR GOING TO. THE HOUSE IS BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED. WITH TOP QUALITY LEATHER SUITE, SOLID WOOD FURNITURE, KINGSIZE BED TO THE MASTER BEDROOM, FLAT SCREEN 32" LCD TV AND DVD PLAYER.

The situation of the house, opp the communal pool was great and the closeness to the rear access gate was also good as we used this gate frequently.

Hello Barry yes we are back safe and sound and thank you the house was great. The only improvement would be on the weather which neither of us could have changed. John was happy in the Irish bar on a night complete with his cigar, they all loved the golf, the kids even ventured into the pool few times for a couple of minutes much to the amazement of people on the tennis court who must have thought they were nuts. Thank you again .

This IS NOT an apartment in a large block but a TWO BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM HOUSE in a quiet road with a drive in the front garden to park one car. To the rear of the house theres a lawned area beyond the large patio, which has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks a lovely 33m swimming pool and 2 tennis courts, which are next to the 14th fairway.
Upstairs theres a large terrace, with 3 large potted plants a table and 4 chairs, 4 loungers and a BBQ. It looks and is delightful Both areas have outside lighting, so you have a choice as to where you can relax in the evenings with a bottle or two.
The property has been furnished with top quality furniture and there is a flat screen 32" LCD TV and DVD player, a free internal telephone which has INTERNET ACCESS via plug in (plug not supplied).
The kitchen is fully fitted with Oven and Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washine machine, Fridge/Freezer etc.
The house has FULL CENTRAL HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING in the lounge/dining area. Both bedrooms have powerful ceiling fans.
JUST A 10 MINUTE WALK OR 2 MINUTE DRIVE FROM THE HOUSE TO THE RESORT CENTRE THERES THE FOLLOWING:-
