This lovely apartment is located in the quaint hamlet of Ventorros with spectacular views down to the coast of Torre del Mar. The coast is only 25 mins by car and the pretty hilltop village of Comares is only 2 kms.
The property has two spacious bedrooms, one double with ensuite and one twin with balconette window. The spectacular views from both rooms are down to the coast. The newly fitted kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dining area . The lounge area is spacious and comfortable with sat tv/dvd and air conditioning/heating. There is also a seperate bathroom with bath and over shower, sink basin and toilet. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs and a gated area which leads out of the property. This is one of the two apartments available in this lovely property.
Ventorros itself is a very quiet and peaceful village with a well recommended bar restaurant and a shop with a selection of day to day essentials, local artefacts, crafts etc. Comares, just a short drive ,has banks, supermarket, bars, a good selection of restaurants and a chemist.
During the summer months Comares has a swimming pool which is open to the public, but is generally quiet and relaxing.
The property is ideally situated for exploring the area such as Comares, Antequera, Malaga and the coastal resort of Torre del Mar is only 25mins drive. Historic trips to Granada or to the cosmopolitan resorts of Nerja or Marbella are also comfotable day trips.

If you would like to rent the property we ask for a 30% booking deposit with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £!00 damage deposit is also required on arrival which is returned at end of stay assuming no breakages/damages. Cot/high chair can be hired. Sept to March long term rentals only £400 per month. Preferred changeover day Sat, however can be flexible, please ask. |
