A beautiful spacious villa thoughtfully built with attention to detail both inside and outside on an exclusive development with a lovely communal pool. The villa is tastefully furnished and has a comfortable lounge with dining area which will seat 4 people and a lovely American style kitchen area with breakfast bar and two stools.
There are 2 double bedrooms downstairs and a large shower room. Upstairs is the master bedroom with double bed, luxurious Spanish bedroom suite and ensuite bathroom with overbath shower. There is a balcony from the main bedroom and a door leading on to a large terrace and roof solarium. at the front there is a terrace with a table and 4 chairs, a front garden and side driveway which would accommodate 2/3 cars. There is a large patio table at the side of the house and 6 chairs, ideal for eating in on a lovely summers evening. There are ceiling fans to all rooms and top of the range air conditioning/heating installed June 2007.
There are many bars and restaurants nearby. A pub/bar 2 minutes walk and further bars and restaurants and a supermarket 5 minutes walk. Other bars/restaurants, supermarkets 5 minutes drive.
Nearest beaches 5 minutes drive, other beaches and resorts, La Zenia, Punta Prima, Cabo Roig, Milpalmeras, Pillar de la Horadada and Torre de la Horadada all within 5/10 minutes drive. Torrevieja with its international marina, beaches, shops and sea front stalls is only 10 minutes drive.
Orihuela Costa is well known for its golf courses such as the championship course at Villamartin, the challenging Las Ramblas and Campoamor which are all within a short drive.

Special notes To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 70 euros. For longer stays a change of bedding and towels can be supplied on request at a cost of 30 euros.
Payment method: cheque, bank transfer. A 20% non-refundable deposit required to book. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. £100 security deposit required per booking (refundable after property checked).
It is advisable that the client obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellation etc. |
