Description: |
This house is located on the high part of the town of Guejar Sierra in a very quiet area with hardly any traffic. The house has 2 terraces of which you can observe the whole town and the Sierra Nevada. The sunrise is amazing, as the sunlight enters the house form the first moment of the day in the living room, then the kitchen and the master bedroom. You can either rent the whole house or rent apartments each one of them with central heating and log fire. The village of Guejar Sierra is located in the “Valle del Genil”. Its streets are typical of a village of the Alpujarra and is situated only 18 km from the city centre of Granada and the Alhambra.
The house is located in the city centre of the village of Guejar Siera, in the upper part, where the children can play around without any need to worry about traffic, as it is very quiet there. In our patio we have lots of aroma plants and you can observe the whole town and the Sierra Nevada form there. Relax on our sunbeds to sunbathe or read a book. The living room is 30 square metres large and has an enormous window with the same views as on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, etc There are 2 bedrooms of each 12 square metres and a shower room.
The upper floor has another lounge with chimney and open plan fully equipped kitchen. The terrace on that floor is 15 square metres, very sunny and there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.
There is a safe parking for the cars at 10 metres from the house on the square.
You can rent the full house: 5 bedrooms, 2 terraces, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, perfect for 10-12 people. Or you can rent one apartment: the ground floor is ideal for 4 people, the first floor is for 6 people. These apartments are totally independent. Prices are 60€/day to 100€/day depending on the season.
