Deposits, Payments and Cancellation
If you have reserved using an online apartment site, please check your booking confirmation or the site’s policy. Otherwise refer to the following one:
• We require a 20% non-refundable deposit on credit card or wire transfer to hold your reservation (1)
• We only confirm your booking and block the calendars once you make a deposit.
• Payment of balance is as follows whe :

• When payment is via a bank transfer you are responsible for wire costs. Please do send us via email bank confirmation to speed up the process.
• If you cancel your reservation there is a penalty as follows:
- More than 30 days before: Deposit.
- 15-30 days before: 30% of the total amount.
- 7-15 days before: 40% of the total amount.
- Less than 7 days or No show: 100% of total amount.
• In the event that the client changes the dates, it will be understood as a new stay and it shall be subject to the cancellation conditions. For this reason, we highly recommend you take out trip cancellation insurance.
