The apartment is based in a new development of luxury apartments, set within beautiful tropical gardens. The properties are arranged around private swimming pools edged with tropical palm trees. Other on-site facilities include tennis course, green areas, security and 5 minutes walk to the golf course. The development is set within 15 minutes walk to the Duquesa Port which is surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and unspoiled beaches.
This luxurious, modern apartment comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with utility room at rear and large dining-living room. The property also features a sunny terrace boasting magnificent sea and golf course views. The living-dining room is tastefully decorated with TV, DVD and CD player and include sliding doors leading to a terrace with patio table and chairs. There is also additional sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom comprises of a double bed with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom contains two single beds, ideal for kids. Other features include air-conditioning and high specification fittings such as Spanish marble throughout and underground parking space.
Driving directions:
Gibraltar Airport is only 30 minutes drive away and Malaga Airport is a 55 minutes drive on the new E15 (AP 7) Autopista toll road or 1hr. 10 min on the old N340. Comprehensive directions can be provided from both Airports to your door, together with other useful information such as quality restaurants and local attractions.
Alternatively, we can provide you with an agent who will meet you at the airport and drive you to the apartment or who can meet you at La Duquesa Puerto and direct you to the apartment.

Duquesa is one of the most picturesque areas on the Costa del Sol, boasting La Duquesa Golf and Country Club, unspoiled beaches and the Puerto de la Duquesa, all within a few minutes of each other. The nearest Golf/Country club is the beautiful Duquesa Golf, only a few minutes away from the apartement. The more prestigious courses Sotogrande, San Rouque and Valderrama are all within 30 minutes drive.
The quaint white hill top villages such as Casares and Gaucin are easily accessible and a little further into the hills are historic Seville and Rhonda.
The closest town is Manilva, which is just twenty minutes west of Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus, whilst to the west lies Gibraltar, from where the boat trip to Morocco takes only 1.5 hour. If you fancy skiing you can do so as well in Sierra Nevada, skiing resort located approximately two hours away from Duquesa Village.

Special notes
The apartment is cleaned and beds made up prior to your arrival, addition cleaning/laundry can be arranged. A damage and repair deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. There is also a key deposit of 20 Euros on arrival.
