HOLIDAY APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the Costa Esuri golf courses 5 minutes outside the picturesque fishing town of Ayamonte and 10 minutes from the stunning beaches at Isla Canela.
The whole Costa Esuri development is set within the protected Marismas del Guadiana, the marshes of the Guadiana estuary which surround Ayamonte and are rich in wildlife including herons, storks and flamingos. Perfect for those birdwatchers amongst you.
For the golfers the Costa Esuri championship course is open and another due to open in Dec 07.
Superb Brand new South facing 3 bedroom with large terrace and private garden.The apartment has all you would need for a relaxing holiday from games to beach towels. A master bedroom with ensuite, a second bathroom to service the other 2 bedrooms, a lounge/dinning room with space for dining and relaxing, a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher to give your more time for a holiday. All the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen have doors leading to the patio or garden.
The terrace being south facing means its perfect for soaking up the sun or watching the sun set in the distance. Best of all its perfect for alfresco wining and dining. Leading from the garden is a gate with direct access to the shared swimming pool including childrens pool.
THE LOCAL AREA
Ayamonte town is a typical Spanish town offering a good selection of restaurants and bars. The ocean provides the freshest fish and seafood for many of these restaurants. Ideal for families are the plazas where the kids can play and adults can sample the delights which it has to offer..
You can take a short ferry trip across the river to Portugal and the bustling town of Villa Real San Antonio.
From here also take fishing trips and a river cruise up the Guadiana stopping to see rugged countryside, Spainish villages and of course lunch and drinks. Well worth a go.
GOLF
For golfers, soon to be 10 top quality courses with some on the doorstep and all within 35 minutes drive means you will not be disappointed - reduced green fees can be arranged. The Costa Esuri championship course is open and a new one due to be ready Dec 07. The new Jack Nicklaus course at Monte Rei is a must for any golfer and with Seve Ballesteross course opening soon - its a golfers paradise.

General: Air conditioning for the hot summers and Heating for the cooler Autumn, Winter nights.
Bedrooms - Comfortably furnished. Master bedroom with ensuite. Two further bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, drawer space and patio doors leading to the terrace.
Lounge and Dining: The lounge is equipped with L shaped sofa, flat screen TV and other extras to make your time in the apartment an enjoyable one.
Kitchen. Fully equipped with all the essentials however I can recommend some superb restaurants in the area with great food and where the prices are excellent.
Everything you will need including
Travel Adapters, Hairdryer and a set of beach towels
Others facilities available are Welcome packs and the hire of cots and highchairs.
Many budget airlines now fly to Faro or Seville and traveling time from Faro to Costa Esuri is just 45 minutes. Car hire from both airports is well organised and reasonably priced.

A booking only becomes firm on receipt of a deposit payment of £150. Full payment is due eight weeks before departure date. Bookings made within eight weeks of departure, then full payment is due at time of booking.
A fully refundable damage deposit of £150 is required when you make the final payment.Once we have recieved confirmation from the maintenance company at Costa Esuri that the apartment has been left in perfect order, this will be returned to you promptly
If cancellation is necessary after payment then the following terms applies
Prior to 5 weeks booking commencement date 100% refund except initial deposit
5 weeks of booking commencement date will recieve 50% refund
3 weeks of booking commencement date will recieve no refund
The Damage deposit of £150 remains fully refundable
